day to day 7-28-2011

today i got up and got my friend up. i let him spend the night last night he is the first person ive let stay over sens i moved out. then i went out to the park and ran 3.7 miles in 27 min and 20 sec then i went to work and pilled 100 pounds of potatos and some other juck. now i am at home about to get ready to go to spring feld and help my family move. i wont get home untill tomorrow that kind of sucks because that means i wont get to go to the pb to night. i never got to watch that movie arther the other day like i had planed to. oh well maybe i can watch it in the car.
