rant 8-17-2011

ok so few mouths ago i went to the jeep place to get my gps fixed and the guy said it would cout $100 to fix a short in it and they could do it no problm and i told them i would have to come back latter. i go back monday and told them that i wanted to get it fixed they said i would have to come back later i said well i could just leave it with you and come pick it up later and the man said no they wanted to check my jeep out and it would take an hour so i went back today and waited 2 and a half hours i got up to went to the desk to ask them how much longer it was going to take and i seen it out there and i siad there it is. is it done? and she said i have to go ask. then a woman said that jeep has been setting there for ever. then the man walks up and siad there not going to charge me any thing because they didnt do any thing. they said they thing the inturnl battery is out and the only way to fix that is to get a new one but they said it would work as long as the jeep was on. i love my jeep its my dream car but they need to get there stuff togetter down there i hope its not like that ever were.
